This evening I was invited to The Art Salon Party, a creative get together run by salonista's photographer Gilles Larrain and wife and couture designer Louda, at their home and studio in SOHO, NYC. The evening featured an eclectic blend of entertainment incorporating live performances by Jodie Manross and a solo exhibition of figure sketches by Thomas Shelford... really great food and a good time had by all

Sashaying Down the Met

Today I had the pleasure of being invited into the home and studio of Louda, a Couture designer and her husband Gilles Larrain, a world renowned photographer to document their evening preparing models and then being escorted to the Met Museum to show their wares at a function for the Russian Society, needless to say they went down a storm and it was an honour to be the token Brit involved in the whole affair... Even Mayor Bloomberg was impressed! Also totally stoked at getting to shoot in the Met - totally cool :)
