Photographer Annie Liebovitz is a little skint so should have been happy to get a freebie doctorate of Fine Arts degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology today instead though she preferred to be short tempered and kinda aggro... remember Annie - civilty costs nothing! The Graduation Ceremony was held at Radio City Music Hall
